240 g of butter 120 g of sugar 360 g of plain flour 4 teaspoons of fresh rosemary, chopped in small pieces
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, mix the butter and the sugar until smooth
- Sift in the flour, mix well again and add the rosemary.
- Roll out the dough very thin
- Cut the cookies with any cutter you like.
- Place them on a greased baking tray.
- Bake them for around 10 minutes (until golden).
