240 g of butter
120 g of sugar
360 g of plain flour
4 teaspoons of fresh rosemary, chopped in small pieces
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the butter and the sugar until smooth
  3. Sift in the flour, mix well again and add the rosemary.
  4. Roll out the dough very thin
  5. Cut the cookies with any cutter you like.
  6. Place them on a greased baking tray.
  7. Bake them for around 10 minutes (until golden).
