100 ml of water
150 ml of milk
50 ml of olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
500 g of plain flour
1 small branch of rosemary (or 1 cc of dried rosemary leaves)
2 cc of instant yeast (or 1 packet )
  1. Place the ingredients in the bread making machine respecting the order above. (If you wish to work out your biceps instead, be our guest!),
  2. Start the programme “dough” and when it is finished (about two hours later) make small rolls (around 50 g each). You can also make one or two loaves.
  3. Let them proof for about one hour.
  4. Lightly brush the rolls with water and sprinkle with some more rosemary leaves (optional).
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven (200°C) or for 25 to 30 minutes for a loaf.
