100 ml of water 150 ml of milk 50 ml of olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 500 g of plain flour 1 small branch of rosemary (or 1 cc of dried rosemary leaves) 2 cc of instant yeast (or 1 packet )
- Place the ingredients in the bread making machine respecting the order above. (If you wish to work out your biceps instead, be our guest!),
- Start the programme “dough” and when it is finished (about two hours later) make small rolls (around 50 g each). You can also make one or two loaves.
- Let them proof for about one hour.
- Lightly brush the rolls with water and sprinkle with some more rosemary leaves (optional).
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven (200°C) or for 25 to 30 minutes for a loaf.
